Divyangjan Policy & Facilities

St. Aloysius College is sensitive towards Divyangjan [differently abled] students/persons.  The aim is to provide a healthy environment for learning and working that covers physical, intellectual, emotional and social aspects of College life. The College policy recognizes that differently abled persons are valuable human resource for the institution and seeks to create an environment that provides equal opportunities, protection of their rights and full participation in the academic environment. The campus has various physical facilities for Divyangjan students/persons.

• Physical Facilities like wheel chairs
• Assisted toilets
• Ramps with Rails

In addition to the physical facilities the College also provides following services

• Service of scribes for Differently abled [Divyangjan]
• Special software “Daisy” is installed in the library for students with vision-related difficulties
• Dhwani Voice Donation Forum is active in the campus for helping the blind people in accessing the library resources.
