Aloysian Media Club
The Aloysian Media Club provides a common platform for students to work together and collaborate in developing content for our Youtube channel ‘Aloysian Television’. The club started during the academic year 2021-22 under the coordination of Ms. Rani George (Assistant Professor, Department of Physics) and Mr. Manoj Xavier (Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce). Creative thinkers in the club work on a premise, while passionate writers take charge of the script. Those handy with computers do the editing; well-organised members become directors; confident members with excellent verbal, written, improvisational, and interviewing skills anchor the programmes and artistically minded members work on setting the programme atmosphere. So far the club activities includes live telecast of the Aloysian Exemplar competition and RETIRO 2022, the retirement function. The club is associated with a Media Room which includes a high definition camera, light reflectors, VFX fluorescent screen reflector screen etc which aids to record the programmes.
